家常法式料理之青醬蔬果雞腿肉捲與南瓜湯

想做這道菜其實是因為前幾天看蘋果日報得到的靈感。有了之前自己買菜實在麻煩又貴的經驗，這次我選了這道作法比較簡單的菜色，把需要的食材寫給我爸，在市場當管理員的他，可以輕鬆幫我拿到便宜的食材。

沒有極光的北極 / The Arctic Circle Without Northern Light

如同我之前所說，北歐呢，就是個東西超貴，廣闊無垠，感覺有點空虛，卻會讓人回味再三的地方。因為上回在冰島臨時性起想看極光卻失敗，讓原本根本對極光沒什麼興趣的我心有不甘，於是在某個表妹一直跟我要求挪威明信片的情況下，我硬是在回台灣前安插了一個短短的挪威北極行。
